Relationship Therapy

When relationships become difficult to navigate

Our relationships can bring some of the greatest joy in our lives, but they can also be a source of confusion, hurt and emotional exhaustion.

You may find yourself experiencing repeated arguments, difficulty communicating, uncertainty about what you need or patterns that seem to happen again and again.

Sometimes the difficulty isn't about one particular relationship. It can be about understanding how you relate to yourself and other people.

Understanding your relationship patterns

Therapy can provide a confidential space to step back and explore what's happening.

My approach is person-centred, so we'll work together to understand your individual experience rather than looking for a quick judgement about who is right or wrong.

We can explore communication, boundaries, trust, attachment, self-esteem and the patterns you may have developed through previous experiences.

You may begin to notice that certain situations trigger familiar feelings or responses. Understanding these patterns can be an important part of creating change.

Relationships and self-esteem

The way we experience relationships can be closely connected to how we see ourselves.

You might find it difficult to set boundaries, worry about disappointing people, fear rejection or regularly put other people's needs before your own.

Therapy can give you space to explore these experiences and develop a greater understanding of what you need from yourself and from your relationships.

A space to understand, not judge

You don't need to arrive with everything figured out.

Whether you're struggling with a current relationship, experiencing difficulties with family or friendships, or noticing recurring patterns across different relationships, therapy can provide somewhere to slow down and reflect.

My role isn't to tell you what decision to make. It's to support you in understanding your experience and finding a way forward that feels authentic to you.

I offer online therapy to clients across the UK, with in-person therapy available in Berkshire.
