Hi, I’m Kiran..

and I know what being on the other side of a page like this can look like. Where things look put together and aesthetically pleasing. Real life is anything but that. As someone who began her journey in the mental health space with her own challenges, I know that reaching for support can feel intimidating and daunting. But I am here to reassure you that none of us has it all together all the time, and there will be times when we need more support than others. Perhaps times when we are subconsciously repeating patterns that we need to notice and explore. I believe truly in the benefit of person-centred therapy and that is the heart of my practice and training. Although I draw on other areas through experience and training, I believe person-centred therapy offers a space unlike anywhere else in our lives.

I have completed my Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling as well as the Level 3 and 2. I completed my training hours with a charity organisation that prides itself on accessible, free counselling within the community with adults and young people. I have continued to volunteer here, as I believe wholeheartedly in the work that needs to be done to make therapy accessible.

I also work part-time as a tutor delivering CPCAB level 2 to adult learners, which brings me great joy to introduce those who can see themselves one day creating space for clients. Apart from all the professional stuff…I am a mother and advocate for the Autism community as it has a very special place in my heart.
