Hi, I’m Kiran..
I’m here to welcome you and assure you that you’re in the right place. I know what it’s like to be on the other side of a page like this. Do you feel your life appears well put together on the outside, but your reality feels different? Or maybe you feel a little stuck in your day to day. Whatever it is, we all need a little help sometimes.
My own journey into mental health is what has carried me into this position. I know how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support — it takes real courage. The truth is, not all of us have it all together, all the time. There are moments when we find ourselves stuck in patterns that need attention, or seasons where we simply need more space to process, reflect, and heal.
My principle approach is person-centred therapy — a modality grounded in empathy, honesty, and deep respect for each person’s unique experience. It’s central to both my training and my practice. I also draw from other approaches that support healing, particularly when it comes to trauma. I have a firm belief in the connection between mind and body, and I’m especially drawn to frameworks such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, which both help make sense of trauma in powerful, embodied ways.
Continued learning is something I value deeply — it’s an integral part of how I work. I regularly attend specialist trauma conferences where globally respected voices like Dr. Gabor Maté and others share the latest research and therapeutic approaches. For me, this work isn’t just professional — it’s personal. I made it my life’s mission to understand myself before ever sitting across from a client. That inner work shapes everything I bring to the therapy room.
I’ve completed my Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, as well as Levels 2 and 3. My training took place within a charity offering free, accessible counselling to adults and young people — a place I continue to volunteer because I believe strongly in making therapy available to all who need it.
Alongside my client work, I also teach CPCAB Level 2 to adult learners beginning their own journey into the profession — a role that brings me great joy.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a mother and a passionate advocate for the Autism community — a cause that holds a very personal place in my heart.
