How can I help?

I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem. I’ve supported clients through periods of crisis, including those experiencing thoughts of self-harm, and I understand how isolating and overwhelming those moments can be.

My approach is always led by you and your pace — there’s no pressure to open up before you’re ready. But when you are, I offer a space that’s grounded in honesty, compassion, and trust. I pride myself on being congruent and real in the therapy room, which allows my clients to be honest with themselves and begin to process what they’ve been carrying.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of where to start, I’m here to help you make sense of things — gently, but with intention.
